Hello all, not been around for a while, too busy with work. I am hopng to come out on the next twelve car, does anyone know the minimum age for a navigator on a 12 car? My eldest is keen to start navving but not sure what the age restrictions are.
I am pretty sure that the minimum age for a passenger on a 12 car event is 6 months so you should be OK. When I find confirmation in the Blue book I will pass it on.

Front seat passenger i.e. navigator must be at least 12 years old.
Rear set passenger must be at least 2 years old and if aged 2-4 must be in a child seat.
So your son must be at least 12 to navigate for you.
Cool, so I can get Alex to learn to map read and he can sit in the back and helpout uncle Steve with the directions !!
We won't be at this event though as we're on holiday !

No chit chat on the Forum about JD's second attempt to put on his 12 car event.
Only 2 entries as of Monday night (2 less than last time) so I guess it won't be running again.
My guess is don't hold your breath waiting for another one to be organised this winter
I spoke to JD last night to confirm the offer of our marshalling services (Baby Sitter is all sorted) and he was hopefull it would run, so fingers crossed.
I'd liked to of entered but Steve was busy this Friday with other commitments and I don't really have a car suitable.
