Several crews out on the Woodpecker on 4 September............Space for one more car on our stand at the Rally Day at Castle Combe on 18 September........3 track sessions for sale as well..................
Best of luck to Kit and Tim on their first outing in 2010. The stages look mega this weekend in Kielder. Sadly word on the grapevine is suggesting that one of Saturdays stages has been cancelled due to the stage commander being stuck in Dubai, but hopefully the organisers will be able to work around this and get the stage open - in my opinion it's the best stage!!!
We're leading away the Pirelli Challenge Rally on Sat morning so hopefully we can have a good run.
Thanks. Hope you can follow up your Bulldog win with another in Kielder. It looks as if it will be dusty so you have a good seeding. The historics will have cleared the pebbles but the dust should have settled back.
It is almost 6 months to the day since we did our last event, I hope we can remember what to do!
I still haven't got my licence back from the MSA, just a fax saying I don't have to pay a non-producer fine.
It is going to be a hard few days, recce starts tomorrow evening, then leave Carlisle at 6am on Friday to finish the recce before starting the rally with some night stages that evening. Followed by a whole days rallying on Saturday. Rally GB wasn't that tough!
Well done Will, good win.
2.1 to you over your Dad this year!
Cheers Tim, was a great day! Can't really believe we won without brakes, exhaust and suspension!
Was great to see Kit and Tim finish their first event in 2010. We went out to watch SS3 on Fri night and it was disappointing to hear the puncture as they passed us, I think their second of the event!
Write up of our event will be sent to Denise very soon for the Tavern Mag...

The first one was on the recce!! We had the puncture on SS2, what you could hear was the beam guard coming loose.
We had put a pair of SP85s on the back and it was one of these that punctured. We ran DZ86s on the front all event and on the back all Saturday; as Alan found on the Red Kite, the DZ86 is a very puncture proof tyre (he said, tempting fate for the next event).
DZ86, great tyre. No complaints at all.
Here are the boulders that they coped with in Brechfa.
