Seeing the number of Tavern entries on the provisional entry list I propose we need the 'Tavern Challenge'!!!
10 points awarded to best time on SS1, 10 points for most improved from seeding, 10 points for most sideways crew, 10 points for most cones/tyres hit What do you reckon Tim?? I think we need a new Tavern award!!

Tavern crews have been taking home quite a few of the awards lately as well.
I'll be looking for someone to fill the left seat on the Corinium Stages on 26th June - this is the last of the three visits to Down Ampney this year and both my co-drivers are unavailable that weekend due to other commitments.

Ok then, what are all the stories from the event?
Excellent day for me, 2nd time out in the Nova and ended 18th overall and 2nd in class, my first award as a driver!
Wasn't sure what to expect when the heavens opened in the morning, as i'm still getting used to the car, but with a pair of 7 year old forest tyres donated by Jim, and a set of cut slicks fitted for stage 3 onward (did first 2 stages on slicks all round!) it was yee-ha! Loved it so much I would have been happy for it to continue raining all day! Can't wait for the next event now, a second visit to Caerwent, bring it on!!
