Well Dave and I finally got to do an Endurance event in our Nova and what an event. I dont think I have ever driven on anything so slippery as those east Anglian pig farms!! A thoroughly well organised event and we enjoyed every minute. Finished up 21st overall and 2nd in class which was absolutely fantastic and way more than we were expecting after over 20 years away from loose services. I was so rusty to start with but once it got dark we seemed to get faster and faster, or was that all the others slowing down! There's defineatly room for improvement from us and we will back on the Great Bustard for another go, the most smiles per mile I have ever had rallying! It was greta to See Martin Clarke up and about running one of the selectifs as well.

And a great result on the Great Bustard for the two Daves!  Well done.

Not to mention Mr Rutherford Sr.!

Sounds like we need an Endurance Rally Trophy at the awrads dinner so I can take the piss out of even more people!!

Cheers Tim. 6th O/a!! We really couldnt believe that at the finish. What a fantastic event proper endurance stuff, dont think I have felt so tired after an event. Great to see JD out at Keevil and Martin Clark popping up marshalling all over the place. As well as Bob keeping Freddy on the straight and narrow, well almost! Just got to do it all again now on the Bullnose in September.
