As everyone knows Fat Albert Stages is on 25th July

Please, We need your help with the set up & clear up

Friday 24th July Set up at Keevil from 9:30 am, until we are finished (last couple of years this has been by 6pm near enough!)

Saturday 25th July clear up equipment after the event has finished

Sunday 26th July Clean up the airfield leaving it so there's no trace we've ever been there ! (just Sunday Morning if we have enough help - plus if we have to take the equipment back to storage some help off loading! home by 2-3pm)

We desperately need the help of as many club members as possible, even if you can only get there half a day on the Friday it all helps but Sunday is where we really struggle as we have very few people around and we need to get equipment packed & loaded, cones returned to Bath MC areas of the Airfield swept clear of straw and stones.

So please, please we need as much help as possible !!
