Well done Steve Conner, Will Rutherford and Tim Leigh for putting your events on the Events Calendar.
Everyone.....if you are doing an event or know of a member who is competing or marshalling of an event then put it on the Events Calendar. It is a great single point of reference for finding out what eveyone is doing.
If you forget, put it on afterwards.
Alan it wont let me add names to the Down Ampney calender once a event is created.It only lets me duplicate the whole thing and wont over write or delete the first one so it just appears underneath the original.
Just click on the little arrow in the box and you will be able to edit / add to.( I think!)
Keith - I have just added all the Tavern entries as on the entry list - will give you more time to think about Saturday!!
Still wont let me do it i just get the Help and On Line Help box appear.
Anyway Lee Harding is sitting in with Dave Perrot and Dale Lovegrove is in with Jim.Musical chairs anyone!
Sorry everyone but ot looks as if you cannot edit an event that has been created by another user.
So if you create it, you are responsible for keeping it up to date.
Don't let this put you off adding events please.
The other alternative is to add another event the same on the same day. Not as neat but it will at least be up to date.
