Welcome to the 2023 Exmoor Targa Road Rally organised by Tavern Motor Club, Burnham-on-Sea and Minehead Motor Clubs on Saturday 28th October 2023.

 

This year we are offering around 36 miles of Tests, made up of 26 miles of top-quality gravel tracks on Forestry Commission land and 10 miles on the tarmac of Porlock Toll Road.

Despite increased costs, the Entry Fee remains at £195, which includes an evening meal at the Finish.

 

The event proved very popular last time, so early entry and payment is advised.

The event will be based at Wheddon Cross Cattle Market (same as was used in 2022). This has plenty of parking and a café onsite which will be offering breakfast and lunch (at your own expense).

The evening meal will be served at the Moorland Hall in Wheddon Cross with a bar provided by the Rest and Be Thankful Pub.

 

The event is a round of the following championships – contenders must enter one of the Interclub classes to score points. Registered contenders can also score points by marshalling.

The ASWMC Targa Road Rally Championship (sponsored by DL Motorsport Parts).

The CMSG Targa Rally Championship (supported by B.P. Motor Bodybuilders & Engineers).

The BTRDA Gold Star Targa Road Rally Championship (supported by Shepherd Compello Motorsport Insurance).

There will also be a Clubmans event open to any member of Tavern Motor Club (temporary membership is available), Burnham on Sea Motor Club or Minehead Motor Club.
